BASIC INSTRUCTIONS
The following forms must be printed, signed and submitted via mail or fax to Keystone Carlsbad, unless otherwise noted below.

FILLABLE FORMS
Almost all of the forms on this page are "fillable", meaning that you can type directly into the form with a computer before printing. This is a great time-saver and also makes for much more legible & professional forms.
The forms are Adobe PDF files which can be read and filled using Adobe Reader. However, not all devices have Adobe Reader installed or support fillable forms. In such cases you can either print the form and fill it in by hand, or download Adobe Reader and use it to fill in the forms instead of the default PDF reader for the device.

The Keystone Connection
Whether accessed via the web portal or the app, the Keystone Connection lets you log right into the same system that our HOA Managers and Assistants use to manage Antares. Using the Keystone Connection you can:

PLEASE NOTE that once you've registered, your account must be approved before access can be granted. This approval process typically takes one business day.
